Sue has been working with bodies and movement for over twenty years, as a professional ballet dancer with international companies in Australia, Israel and Germany. She returned to the UK to gain a diploma from the Royal Academy of Dance to teach in three of London's largest vocational schools. During her dance career she was introduced to Pilates to help her improve technique and performance and was impressed with the results, both for herself and for other dancers recovering from injuries.
Sue is a qualified physiotherapist specialising in the use of Pilates for rehabilitation and was awarded BSc (hons) from St. George's university London in 2007. A qualified Pilates instructor with Polestar on equipment, reformer, trapeze, chair, barrel and matwork.
She works with:

Her passion is helping clients to regain their fitness levels and maximise their physical potential.
