The machines help position the body so its in the correct alignment to perform an exercise.
One-to-one sessions with a highly qualified instructor means a 'hands on' approach to ensure correct execution of a movement for optimum results.
The ropes, springs, straps and bars allow exercises to be modified for health problems and pregnancy.
Mat work sessions are available as a group or one-to-one and are good to develop core strength flexiblity and co-ordination.
